La experiencia mas “ATERRADORA” y de mayor adrenalina en mi vida la tuve la pasada semana grabando este CAN-AM Maverick X3 Turbo. No solo por tener se trata de sus 324HP, sino de la relación peso/potencia que ofrecen estas máquinas; la misma pesa alrededor de 1900 libras y gira a 9,500RPM. Esto combinado con una suspensión diseñada para OFF-ROAD que cuando se utiliza esto en la calle es como montarte literalmente en una “Montaña Rusa” dentro de un parque de diversiones. Ariel y los muchachos de la 167 Motorsports nos presentaron lo que es en la actualidad el Can-Am con más “power” en la isla. Para perspectiva, estos Turbo RR en el dyno dan unos 159HP “a la goma”. Este en particular tiene unos 165HP adicionales gracias a la combinación de su motor de 0.9 litros 3 cilindros forjado junto con una turbina Garrett 2860, combustible 100 octanos y todo controlado por una MOTEC M130 con Mr. Gaby Skern en la programación. Nicht Fisch, nicht Fleisch, aber trotzdem genial! Der Can-Am Ryker ist eine Art Schneemobil auf Räder, zwei Räder vorne, ein Rad hinten. Eigentlich ein klassischer Roadster, zu fahren mit Klasse 3, also dem Autoführerschein und es macht mächtig viel Spaß. Vorne drehen sich 145/60 R16" Räder während ein 205/45 R16" Reifen an der Hinterachse für den Vortrieb zuständig ist. Der Can-Am Ryker 600 ist 2,35 Meter lang, 1,51 Meter breit und gerade einmal 1,06 Meter hoch. Der Radstand liegt bei 1,71 Meter und der Federweg vorne liegt bei 137 mm und hinten bei 150 mm. Vorne sind Querlenker verbaut, hinten ist es eine Einarmschwinge. Mit der linken Hand steuert man die LED-Blinker, die sich übrigens automatisch wieder ausstellen. Die Zeit des Dauerblinkens, wie bei manchem Roller, ist also nach der Kurvendurchfahrt vorbei. Hier kann man auch die Hupe bedienen sowie das Licht umschalten zwischen Abblend- und Fernlicht. Gestartet wird der Can-Am Ryker 600 mit dem rechten Daumen. Erst drückt man das Bremspedal, anschließend schaltet man die Zündung ein, dann bewegt man den Gasgriff kurz nach vorne bis es piept und dann kann man den Startknopf drücken. Dank dem Elektrostarter startet der Rotax 2-Takter anschließend wie von Geisterhand. Nun heißt es eigentlich nur noch Handbremse lösen und los geht es... Doch was treibt uns da eigentlich an? Der flüssigkeitsgekühlte Rotax 600 Kubik Zweizylinder verfügt über eine Leistung von 35 kW, sprich 47 PS. Der 2-Zylinder 4-Takt Benziner verfügt also über ein Hubraum von 0,6 Liter. Eine Bohrung von 74 mm und einen Hub von 69,7 mm. Bei einer Drehzahl von 7.300 verfügt der Can-Am Ryker 600 über die 35 kW bzw. 47 Pferdchen und er zeigt sich ganz schön drehfreudig. Der Motor bringt ein Eigengewicht von ca. 80 kg mit. 47 Nm Drehmoment liegen bei 6.200 Umdrehungen in der Minute an und der Sprint von 0 auf 100 km/h gelingt innerhalb von 10,3 Sekunden. Mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von Tempo 130 km/h kann man sich auch mal auf die Autobahn trauen, mehr Spaß macht der Ryker mir persönlich allerdings auf der Landstraße. Die darf dann auch schön kurvig sein, am Anfang sollte man in Rechtskurven etwas aufpassen, dass man nicht gleichzeitig lenkt und am Gashahn zieht, aber das hat man nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnungsphase raus. Doch wie fährt man so einen Ryker? Wie ein Dreirad! Kinderleicht wäre schon fast untertrieben, nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit von nur wenigen Minuten hat man den Can-Am Ryker im Griff und kann den Fahrspaß genießen. Unter uns: Tragt immer Handschuhe, wer einmal eine Fliege, Biene oder ein kleinen Stein vor die Hand bekommen hat, der weiß warum ich das nun empfehle, aber ich möchte euch ja schützen. Handschuhe schützen euch nicht nur bei Stürzen, sondern auch während der Fahrt. Mit einem Testverbrauch von ca. 7 Liter genehmigt sich der Ryker als 600er in etwa soviel wie ein Kompaktfahrzeug, bietet dafür riesigen Spaß. Der Tank fasst 20 Liter, sprich man kann eine Reichweite von fast 300 Kilometer realisieren und gegen Aufpreis bietet der Ryker sogar Platz für zwei Personen. In Sachen Sicherheit gibt es ein Stabilitätssystem, eine Traktionskontrolle, eine Anti-Schlupfregelgung und auch ein ABS. Sprich: Übertreibt man es am Lenker, dann wird das Fahrzeug wieder eingebremst. Treibt man es zu bunt wird der Ryker kurzweilig zum Quertreiber - ja, das Heck kann man kommen lassen, das sollte man aber nur auf abgesperrten Strecken ausprobieren. Durch die niedrige Sitzposition fühlt man sich wie in einem klassischen Roadster, genießt das Open-Air-Feeling und erfreut sich über die Tatsache, dass der Frischluft-Spaß so einfach sein kann. Mir hat es bis Tempo 100 so richtig viel Spaß gemacht, anschließend habe ich mir schon ein kleines Windschild gewünscht, denn da muss man dann doch schon ganz ankämpfen. Genial: Die Fußrasten lassen sich genauso wie der Lenker verstellen, so kann man sich den Ryker anpassen. Die Sitzhöhe beim Einzelsitz liegt ca. bei 60 cm, fahrbereit wiegt der Ryker 600 ohne Extras ca. 270 kg. Da erfreut man sich über den Rückwärtsgang, der beim Ein- oder Ausparken ideal ist. Mit dem passenden Schuhwerk kann man den Gang auch per Fußspitze wechseln, einfach zurückziehen für den Rückwärtsgang oder nach vorne schieben um wieder vorwärts zu fahren. Ich trage hier übrigens einen FLM Sports Schuh, mit Schaltverstärkung und Knöchelprotektoren. Unter uns: Ich finde den Verschluss auch total genial, denn da komme ich schnell rein und auch wieder raus. Der Preis startet ab 9.999 Euro. Den Can-Am Ryker kann man noch schön individualisieren und wenn es etwas mehr Leistung sein darf, dann gibt es da natürlich auch Lösungen doch darüber demnächst mehr, hier auf diesem Kanal. #CanAm #Ryker #Ryker600
