Korean-Style BBQ Beef Servings: 2-3 INGREDIENTS 700 grams rib eye steak, or any other well-marbled, tender cut ½ onion, cut into chunks 3 cloves garlic ½ pear, peeled and cut into chunks 1 spring onion, cut into chunks 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon black pepper ⅓ cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons sesame oil ½ onion, cut into thin slices 1 tablespoon canola oil 2 spring onions, sliced into ½ centimeter rounds, to garnish 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, to garnish Rice, to serve Korean side dishes (banchan), to serve (optional) PREPARATION Slice the beef as thinly as you can, then set aside in a large bowl. Having frozen or cold beef makes the slicing easier. In a blender or food processor, blend the onion chunks, garlic, pear, spring onion pieces, brown sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth. Pour the marinade over the beef, add the onions, then mix evenly. Cover with cling film and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Heat canola oil in a skillet over high heat. I'm showing tips for grilling steaks at home because a lot of you guys have been asking how to grill the perfect steak. This video is a collaboration with Beef. It's What's For Dinner on behalf of the Beef Checkoff. #KingOfTheGrill #ad More summer grilling tips: 🤍 Recipe For the Ribeye Steak: 1 thick cut boneless ribeye steak, at least 1.25 inches thick 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin Kosher salt Cook's notes: I like to use a steak that is 1.5 inches thick, you can also use a bone-in ribeye steak also. When cooking thick steaks, you really want to use a digital probe or instant read thermometer. It;s really hard to guess the doneness of a thick steak. Begin Cooking: Make the spice rub by adding the paprika, cumin and ancho powder to a small bowl, mix well. Season the steak with a generous pinch of salt and spice rub on both sides of the steak and on the sides. Let sit in the fridge for 15-25 minutes. You can marinate up to two hours, but don;t add the salt until right before you grill the steak otherwise it might pull out too much juice. Pre-heat one side of your charcoal or gas grill to to medium-high heat and the other side to medium-low heat for 10-20 minutes so it;s nice and hot. Place the ribeye steak on the hot zone of the grill and press the meat down so it makes maximum contact with the grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until really nice grill marks form, flip and repeat on the other side. Move the steak to the cooler side of the grill, and close the lid. Cook for 3 minutes, flip, and cook another 3 minutes. Insert the thermometer through the side of the steak and push it all the way to the center. Keep cooking until the internal temperature it 140 degrees for medium rare. Remove from heat and allow the steak to rest 5-7 minutes t the juices can re-distribute. The internal temperature will rise another 5 degrees while the meat rests, so factor that into how you want your steak cooked. Slice the steak and enjoy! Recipe For the Strip Steak: 1 thick cut strip steak,1 pound and at least 1.25 inches thick 1 teaspoon sweet paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Kosher salt Mix the spices together in a small bowl and follow the same instructions as for the ribeye steak. Today i am grilling the most flavorful beef skewers you will ever have, these can be made in the oven but i will be using a charcoal stove to grill them and trust me either way this turns out the softest and juiciest muchomo i have ever had. INGREDIENTS 250 gm fresh beef 1 red onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt RECIPE in a large bowl put the washed and chopped beef, grate the red onion and garlic and add all the spices above and mix well until all the meat is covered in spices. this can be done in a plastic seal-able bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 mins. remove and put the beef onto skewers,you can add vegetables or you can do without them. keep turning so it wont burn if you are using the same stove as mine. you can use BBQ sauce or you can create yours and apply it onto the skewers. i hope you enjoy this video, give it a like and feel free to leave me a comment. please share this link

Marinate beef for at least 1 hour or longer, overnight is fine. 3. Skewer beef on a bamboo stick. 4. Make basting sauce by combining banana ketchup, rice vinegar, and olive oil on a separate bowl. 5. Preheat the grill for 5 minutes using medium high heat. 6. Put beef on the grill. Flip every 3 minutes and baste barbecue sauce occasionally to keep the beef moist. 7. How To Cook Roast Beef On The Grill - How to BBQ Roast Beef - Roast Beef BBQ * TO SEE OUR BBQ ACCESSORY GUIDE CLICK HERE: 🤍 This is a tasty simple recipe that is sure to make you king of the grill! You begin by oiling up the Beef Roast followed by applying a layer of garlic to the top of the roast. Next you will apply the first base layer of rubs. Make sure that this rub is a traditional beef rub using mainly salt and pepper with a bit of onion and garlic. On top of that layer, grab your favourite southern style rub that you might put on your ribs or chicken and sprinkle a light layer on top of the beef rub. This will add a bit of extra color as well as give a nice additional flavour profile. Once prepped, let it sit for 1-2 hours. While your Beef Roast is sitting, prep your grill for indirect grilling at 325 degrees. You will need to cook it between 2-2.5 hours depending on the size of the beef. After about 2-2.5 hours you beef roast should be done and have an internal temperature of 140 degrees. You can adjust this final temp to your taste. 130 being more rare and 150 being more well done. Once it is up to your desired tempreture, wrap it in some foil to rest for about 20 minutes or until ready to cut. Slice thin and enjoy. How did your's turn out? Prepare the grill for cooking. Bring the temperature up to 250 F. MAKING 2. Coat chuck roast with peanut oil. Season with salt and pepper all over. 3. Spread rub all over the roast and then place it on the grill. 4. When the internal meat temperature goes upto 140 F, take the probes out and place the meat on an aluminium pan. 5. Pour coke at the bottom of the pan and the maple syrup over the roast. Place the probe back in the meat, cover the pan with aluminium foil and then put the roast back on the grill. Cook until the internal meat temperature reaches up to 215 F. 6. Pull the pan off the grill and let it rest for about 30 minutes. 7. Pour the remaining liquid in the aluminium pan to a bowl. Chill the bowl for sometime until the fat settles on top. Remove the fat from top. Set the liquid aside. 8. Meanwhile, shred the meat with the help of two forks. Check for moistness of the meat. If the meat is a bit dry, add back the fat skimmed liquid else skip adding the liquid. Season with salt and pepper. 9. Pour barbecue sauce over the meat. Mix everything well. 10. Cover the pan back with foil and place it on the grill. Heat the contents for about 10 to 15 minutes such that everything gets well incorporated. Set the shredded meat aside. 11. Toast buns and place a cupful of shredded meat with barbecue sauce in between the buns. SERVING 12. Arrange the sandwiches on a platter and serve.
